Hair: Blonde - normally a "dishwater blonde", but exposure to sunlight lightens it tremendously. Her hair falls to just below her shoulders and is normally tied up in a ponytail. She has rather chunky bangs that fall wherever they will. 
Skin: She has a rather even skin tone ranging between fair in the winter months and lightly tanned in the summer (she has never achieved what most people would consider a tan). She has a long scar running across her lower back from a car accident when she was younger.
Height: 5'4" (163 cm)

Likes: Sports, late-night radio shows and television programs, her brothers
Dislikes: Soap operas, ice cream (this is a mental consequence of the car accident- the taste of ice cream makes Ryan violently nauseous) 
Strong Points: Ryan is rather athletic. She keeps her body in good shape. She is very strong-willed and determined.
Has Trouble With: Ryan can be extremely impulsive (especially with money), often leading to her own detriment. 
Dream: Ryan would like to perform in the Olympics one day. 

Personality: Ryan is a cheerful, athletic girl. She pushes herself hard to succeed and believes that you can do almost anything if you put your mind to it. However, she can be seen as brash and rude because of her impulsive nature and determination to succeed in her goals. She tends to put herself first, but will help her friends and family if they really need her. She is good at getting out of tough situations as she often puts herself in them in the first place and therefore has had much practice with these situations.

Outfit Description: Sailor Astera’s outfit is rather similar to the first stage of a Sol Senshi fuku. She has a white tiara with a ellipse-shaped saffron jewel in the center. She wears a simple saffron choker with a spherical turquoise jewel attached at the bottom. Her sailor collar is also saffron, but doesn’t sport any stripes. Her bodice is a light cream with no shoulder pads or sleeves. Both of her bows are white. Her broach is an elongated octagonal turquoise stone with a golden border. Astera’s gloves are light cream and go a little bit above the elbow with three saffron rings. Her skirt is also saffron and reaches mid-thigh. Her boots are in the style of Sailor Moon’s and Sailor Mercury’s. They are saffron colored with a white stripe along the top, as well as white heels. The stripe has an ellipse-shaped turquoise jewel in the center. 
Attack Name: Asteroid Rockslide
Attack Description: Sailor Astera holds her arms out at a ninety-degree angle to her body. She spins around twice, causing an earthquake with herself as the center. Large chunks of rock raise into the air and rain down in the direction she chooses. 

Mission/History: During the Silver Millennium, Astera was a small but happy kingdom. They had no sailor senshi; rather, their prince was a warrior known as Paladin Astera. He was not well-trained in the art of war, because the kingdom had good relations with Selenity and her court. When the Moon Kingdom fell, the kingdom of Astera was not spared- Paladin Astera was sadly no match for Queen Beryl and her army... and neither was the small planet itself. The planet burst into many pieces (what is known as the Asteroid Belt today). The four largest asteroids became small kingdoms of their own (Pallas, Vesta, Ceres, Juno), sworn to protect the Moon just as Astera once was. While many think that Sailor Astera should unite these four kingdoms and take up position as leader of the Asteroid Senshi, her main goal is to become strong enough to protect the people, no matter which kingdom she should happen to be in.
